HISTORY OF HOTEL UDUPI SRI KRISHNA-VEG
Hotel Udupi Sri Krishna – Veg has been started in the year of 1998 on December 14 by Mr.G.Krishnan to follow the path of his father Mr.G.GURURAJAN in 150 Sq.ft land area at Velachery in the name of UDUPI SRI KRISHNA POLI STALL ( by public its called as POLI STALL ). It is the No 1 Pure vegetarian hotel in the area. During the year 2007, Since the owners are unable to manage the business , the famous POLI STALL has been managed by their very own staff A M Sriman , who has been working with them from very young age of 17. Later on , owners had decided to handover the hotel to their staff A M Sriman entirely after attracted by his dedication and contribution for the development of business in such a short span .
Once the business has been entirely taken over by me , the name of the hotel UDUPI SRI KRISHNA POLI STALL has been changed to HOTEL UDUPI SRI KRISHNA- VEG , now its running in 1000-1150 sq.ft in Prime location of Velachery TANSI Nagar. The reason for such as name change is due to removal of POLI from our menu , even though the name has been changed it is still now called as Poli stall by our customers which is our legacy and our goodwill . This legacy has been built by providing tremendous service to our customers through our Authentic receipes.
Initially Eat by Standing facility has been provided , after the changeover , the hotel has been renovated and now dine in facility is available.
